NOTES

• Electricity, water and bottled gas are included in the price.
• Bed linen and towels are provided free - one set per bed per visit (Additional on request at 10€ per bed).
• Oil fired central heating available at an agreed cost per day.

POOL

• The swimming pool is maintained daily by the owners first thing in the morning.
• It is the responsibility of the adults in the party to be responsible for the safety of themselves and their children at all times.
• There is an approved pool alarm and operating instructions will be given on arrival.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

1. A 20% (of total cost) deposit (non refundable) is required in order to secure the booking.
2. A confirmation invoice will be sent after the deposit has been paid.
3. The final balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
4. A £100 security deposit is required for each property - this is payable with the final balance and will be returned in a week providing the property is left clean and undamaged as found on arrival.
5. Any damage or breakage is to be reported to the owners when they happen.
6. Changeover day is Saturday - arrival after 4p.m. and departure by 10a.m.
7. Smoking is allowed in the gardens but not in the property.
8. Sorry no pets.
