The dining room door opens onto the front garden. The dining table has seating for 8 plus a high chair. |
The Bedrooms
| Upstairs, there are 3 large bedrooms: 1 triple (double bed plus single), a bedroom with two 4ft french beds and a double room with its own staircase onto the garden. |

The upstairs bathroom has a shower with w.c. and wash basin.

The Games Room

Garden/Outside

Outside there are about 2 acres of grounds, mainly grass, with football nets, boules and a variety of out door games. There is garden furniture for 8 and a BBQ in its own private area, several mature trees for summer shade and a variety of out door seating. The pool is shared between the house and the gite.
